Our mission
Do you know that it will take a hundred years to create a new generation of Palestinian children who know the meaning of love after the destruction of Gaza?
Children in areas of war, terror, and violence must not be taught hatred. They must not be deprived of their humanity. They must not lose their culture, art, and human history.
Suwayda province in Syria, which is worse than currently being portrayed in the international press.
The Syrian government is making promises, collecting donations and support from around the world. It portrays a sincere image of rebuilding the country. But it is withholding aid from regions like As Suwayda . It continues to besiege civilians in these regions, using its own militias and armed groups within the country. This is turning As Suwayda into a hotbed of corruption and crime.
We cannot change the course of history. We often have to passively watch as regions become playthings of power politics, both nationally and internationally. This causes us great pain.
But we still want to give the children, the schoolchildren in these areas, a fair chance at development and education. Victor Hugo said: hunger is not a crime, but starving someone is. He said: open the schools and then all the prisons will close.
We are seeking support from national and international humanitarian organizations working within the education sector. They can help us boost education in As Suwayda and get students back in school. We want to develop plans with them to improve the situation for schoolchildren.
There’s no point in seeking material aid. We must work according to a clear, systematic plan: four days of school per week, the cost of a meal for the child and the teacher at school, a reasonable salary, a small allowance to cover travel expenses for the teacher and student, stationery, and electricity (solar) to provide fuel for heating.
Who are these organizations that can help us? How can we communicate with them to achieve this together? Where can we find these organizations to explain the plans, and where can we find volunteers to work on them?
Until now, the people of As Suwayda still have hope for life and love, We cannot wait, we must not wait until that hope is gone.
