As a foundation in formation, the organization will have the following objectives.

1. The target groups are youth and young adults in war zones and areas of violence and ethnic oppression worldwide.
2. The aim is to give these target groups access to education and social, mental and physical development.
3. To this end, the foundation uses its resources to support initiatives by residents of these areas to work towards this goal.
4. The foundation also forms a bridge between organisations of or for these citizens (the target group organisations) with donors, sponsors and NGOs in Europe.
5. The foundation can act as a legal entity on behalf of the target group organizations.
6. The foundation has no financial or economic profit motive.
